Role Description

Evolve Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Podiatrist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive foot and ankle care through both conservative and surgical treatment options while utilizing advanced technology in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. We are looking for a physician who is committed to delivering exceptional care, working as part of a team, and continually expanding their clinical expertise.

Responsibilities

In addition to the duties of a licensed podiatrist practicing in the State of Florida, physicians are expected to:

  • Utilize advanced in-office imaging technology and the company\'s electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Provide inpatient and outpatient clinical work.
  • Perform forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle surgical procedures, consistent with training and credentialing.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Learn and follow appropriate billing and coding practices.
  • Participate in monthly clinical and revenue cycle discussions.
  • Attend periodic hands-on educational workshops and continuing education opportunities.

Our physicians are not required to:

  • Work routine office hours on weekends.
  • Make house calls or provide nursing home services.
  • Take overnight emergency call.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited college of podiatric medicine.
  • Completion of a three-year CPME-approved podiatric residency program by the start date.
  • Eligible for or currently licensed to practice podiatric medicine in the State of Florida.
  • Board Qualified or Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS).
  • Willingness to learn and follow appropriate billing and coding procedures.
  • Interest in learning new surgical techniques, clinical therapies, and emerging technologies.
  • Self-motivated with excellent clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
