We are seeking a qualified Podiatrist to join our team in Chicago, IL, providing routine and referral podiatric care to Skilled Nursing residents.
- Examine patients’ legs and feet to diagnose diseases and care needs.
- Treat bone, muscle, and joint disorders of the feet and ankles.
- Perform wound care management and diagnose foot and ankle conditions using medical histories, exams, x-rays, and labs.
- Prescribe medications, corrective devices, physical therapy, or surgery as needed.
- Advise patients on treatment plans and preventive foot and ankle care.
- Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Promote health and preventive medication.
- Maintain accurate medical records and update them routinely.
Compensation is based on a percentage of revenue, with earning potential increasing with caseload. The role offers flexible scheduling, with full-time and part-time options, and involves travel within the area.
