PMR Director

U.S. Physiatry is seeking a Director of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR) to provide inpatient rehab care in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time position offers the opportunity to join a national group of physiatrists committed to excellence in rehabilitation. The role provides flexibility and autonomy within a stable practice environment.

• Lead by Physiatrists
• Flexible, diverse, independent practices
• Stable practices anchored with inpatient rehab and supplemented with hospital consults and/or SNF and/or LTAC

Responsibilities

• Providing inpatient rehab care

Compensation

• Independent contractor (1099) and employed* (W2) pay model choice
• Base salary $350,000 – $375,000 yearly
• Sign On Bonus
• Monthly productivity bonus (no income cap)
• No practice overhead
