PMP Certified EHR Project Manager

Managing multiple projects involving OracleHealth EHR, the full-time Senior EHR Project Manager, Acute Facility Deployments will coordinate with departmental and cross-functional teams to ensure expert-level customer support and successful project execution in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead stakeholder engagement, executive updates, and vendor relationships while managing expectations among hospital executives and medical staff Develop and maintain project management tools and documentation to track all project activities from business requirements through completion Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract alignment, while anticipating and mitigating risks across work streams Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field 5-7 years of experience managing projects in a technology, digital, or enterprise setting Experience managing high-budget projects and leading vendor partnerships Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or obtained within six months of employment Advanced project leadership skills with experience in navigating matrixed organizations
