Leading the Enterprise Data Infrastructure (EDI) contract for the Department of Justice, the hybrid remote PMP Certified Data Architect will manage project activities, serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, and design enterprise database strategies while ensuring compliance with security standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, initiate, and manage all activities for the EOIR EDI task order, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables Design strategies for enterprise database systems and oversee the development of data pipelines and transformation processes Lead enterprise data governance efforts and enhance analytics and reporting capabilities using tools like Microsoft Power BI Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred 8-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT, with at least 5 years as a Data Architect or similar role 5 years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, preferably with Firm-Fixed-Price Federal contracts Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required Deep understanding of modern data ingestion, governance platforms, and business intelligence tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI
