Leading a scalable customer onboarding function, the full-time Senior Manager, Customer Onboarding will oversee complex customer implementations, manage cross-functional coordination, and ensure operational readiness in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Personally lead strategic customer implementations and coordinate execution across multiple functions for successful launches Maintain an integrated view of onboarding activities, identifying capacity constraints and establishing governance for project health Directly manage onboarding team members, setting expectations and providing coaching to enhance team capabilities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, technology, project management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience Active PMP certification and experience with deals of $10M+ 8+ years of progressive project, program, or implementation leadership experience 3+ years of formal people-management experience, including coaching and performance management Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet or equivalent
