Must-Have Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including hybrid Agile methodologies.
- Must be local to Des Moines, IA (or willing to relocate) and available to work on-site as needed.
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience supporting large-scale, multi-project environments.
- Experience supporting state government or Health & Human Services projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
