PMF Asset Material Coordination LeadThe PMF Asset Material Coordination (MC) Lead is an onshore-based role responsible for end-to-end ownership of asset materials across both onshore and offshore environments. This role was established to address gaps in material ownership and excess coordination touchpoints under the current model, where remote material coordinators and PMF teams are organized around receiving, staging, shipping, and inventory functions.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for all PMF material coordination activitiesCoordinate communication between onshore and offshore teams; all offshore resource requests managed through the MC LeadWork with Supply Base and Logistics teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery and receipt of materialsCoordinate and manage materials at the PMF, including physical verificationVerify material readiness and accuracy to support offshore executionConduct physical inventory and cycle count activitiesValidate staged materials against SAP/Fiori maintenance ordersReview pull lists and identify discrepancies or inconsistenciesEnsure all stored material and equipment is adequately protected from deterioration or loss following established preservation processesEnsure performance of all applicable materials management processes and safe work practicesEnsure compliance with safety standards and materials management processesOversee material handling activities and personnel (offshore warehouseman reports into MC Lead)Operate site equipment as required (e.g., forklifts, cranes)Maintain all PMF site training requirements and certifications (e.g., Helicopter Landing Operator, Lifting & Rigging, Working at Heights)Provide oversight of PMF staff and third-party service providers performing onsite workQualificationsOffshore maintenance, logistics, or material management/coordination experience strongly preferredWorking knowledge of SAP, Fiori, or similar ERP/maintenance management systemsAbility to read and interpret technical documentation and work scopesKnowledge of industry-standard materials (e.g., valves, gaskets, fasteners, material grades)Ability to read, understand, and apply specifications and technical data sheets for accurate material validationUnderstanding of OEM specifications and part verification processes
