Specifically, you will act as the servant leader and advocate for one or more software development teams to drive continuous improvement and remove obstacles that are slowing down the team. You will:Work closely with Product Management (PMO), Development, QA, and other stakeholders on planning and delivering high quality solutions using agile/scrum frameworkFacilitate scrum ceremonies for one or more scrum teams including the daily standup, sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectivesParticipate in scrum of scrum ceremonies to communicate and mitigate risk, escalate blockers, and drive progress on cross-team dependenciesProvide and track agile metrics as it relates to scrum team predictability and productivity with an eye towards continuous improvementEnsure the team has clear understanding of the quality of software they are developing and is constantly working to improve that qualityYou have:3+ years Agile program management experience in software development using Scrum2+ years experience as Scrum MasterExperience with Agile ALM tools like Confluence, JIRA, Rally, etc.Strong ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with other teamsStrong ability to foster and maintain a positive and creative work environment for teams including resolving conflict within the teamExperience with various sized co-located and geographically distributed teams a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills
