As a PM Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in maintaining these standards during our critical evening hours.The PM Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Chick-fil-A's evening operations, ensuring excellent service, team performance, and operational efficiency.
You will lead by example, managing a team of 20+ during peak hours, solving problems on the fly, and driving a culture of hospitality and excellence.Key responsibilities include:Leading and supervising all front-of-house and back-of-house evening operationsEnsuring high standards for food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and guest experienceManaging labor and food costs during PM hours to align with daily and weekly goalsCoaching, mentoring, and developing team leaders and team members through active feedback and performance evaluationsEnsuring all safety, sanitation, and health protocols are followedCommunicating effectively with AM leaders to ensure smooth shift transitionsExecuting nightly closing procedures and reportingHandling customer complaints or incidents with professionalism and urgencyQualifications include:2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail operations (Chick-fil-A experience preferred but not required)Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExperience in leading and developing peopleStrong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsPassion for servant leadership and team developmentAvailable to work evenings and Saturdays (closed on Sundays)Must be 18 years or olderWhat we offer includes:Competitive salary or hourly pay based on experiencePerformance-based bonusesHealth benefits and paid time offLeadership development and advancement opportunitiesA positive, people-first culture
