In-Office-based | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Provide real-time technical support to residential service technicians via phone and video calls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues by guiding technicians step-by-step.
- Serve as the subject matter expert—teaching, coaching, and helping technicians grow their skills.
- Document recurring issues and collaborate with leadership to improve training and processes.
- Ensure technicians feel supported, confident, and able to deliver high-quality service to customers.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of residential plumbing experience, you’ve seen it all and can diagnose problems quickly.
- A true expert in all things plumbing, from installs and repairs to advanced troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly over the phone or video.
- A natural coach and mentor, patient, encouraging, and able to teach through challenges.
- Tech-savvy enough to navigate video calls, internal systems, and documentation tools.
