Service Champions is seeking a Plumbing Install Lead to oversee residential plumbing installations for remodeling and new equipment projects. In this field-based role, you’ll lead a small crew, plan and lay out jobs, perform hands-on installation of piping, fixtures, water heaters and related systems, and ensure code compliance, safety, and quality workmanship. You’ll interface with homeowners, explain work performed, provide options, and uphold our people-first, service-focused culture.
The Plumbing Install Lead will also mentor junior technicians, support training, complete documentation, and collaborate with HVAC teams to deliver a seamless home service experience.
