Description
A well established home services company in Orem, Utah is hiring a Plumbing Install Lead to run residential repipes, water heater and softener installs, and larger plumbing projects. You will own the install from start to finish and direct a helper. This role offers a company vehicle, steady year round work, and a clear path to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead residential plumbing installs including repipes, water heaters, and water treatment
- Plan and execute larger plumbing projects to code
- Direct and mentor an install helper on site
- Coordinate with dispatch and homeowners on scheduling and scope
- Ensure each install passes inspection and meets company standards
- Keep the job site clean, safe, and professional
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 3 or more years of residential plumbing install experience
- Journeyman plumbing license in the state of Utah preferred
- Experience leading installs and directing a helper
- Strong knowledge of water heaters, repipes, and water treatment systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
