At ELEN, you'll work directly alongside licensed PEs and firm leadership on projects that carry real technical and professional weight. Responsibilities include preparing and revising Revit models and AutoCAD drawings, drafting ductwork and piping layouts, electrical one-lines and panel schedules, and equipment layouts under the direction of project engineers. You'll coordinate drawings with architectural and other engineering disciplines, mark up and redline sets in Bluebeam, and support specification and construction document preparation. You'll be expected to communicate clearly with project team members and proactively flag coordination issues as they arise.
Associate's degree or trade/technical certificate in drafting, design technology, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on drafting experience) * At least 2 years of drafting/design experience in the MEP industry (mechanical, electrical, or both) * Working proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow office drafting standards * Comfortable coordinating drawings across mechanical, electrical, and architectural disciplines
Familiarity with federal and military project delivery, including UFCs and UFGS * Background in civic, institutional, or industrial project types
