What you'll be doing:
- Lead planning and design of plumbing and fire protection systems from concept through project completion
- Handle system calculations and equipment sizing using industry-standard engineering tools
- Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal codes and regulations
- Work closely with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and other teams to deliver coordinated solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance throughout all project phases
- Communicate with clients in meetings and presentations, sharing clear technical recommendations
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of relevant plumbing and fire protection engineering experience
- Experience on US-based construction projects
- PE license preferred but not required
- Comfortable leading projects and mentoring junior team members
- Strong communication skills for both clients and internal teams
