Skillforce Hiring Experienced Plumbers
Skillforce is currently hiring experienced plumbers for commercial projects in the Louisville, KY area. This is a great opportunity for skilled plumbers looking for steady work with a reputable contractor. This is a contract to hire role working a minimum of 40 hours a week, with potential for 60 hours a week as needed. Pay for this role is up to $40.00/hr depending upon experience and license.
Plumber Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems including water, drainage, and gas lines
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Perform layout, assembly, and installation according to codes and project requirements
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues efficiently and safely
- Collaborate with other trades and site supervisors to ensure timely project completion
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while adhering to all safety regulations
Plumber Requirements:
- Valid Kentucky Journeyman or Master Plumbing License preferred
- 4+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and basic hand/power tools
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices
