- Read blueprints and building codes (if possible)
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance to prevent future problems.
- Strong- problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments when necessary.
