About the Role:
ALS Twin Air LLC is looking for a skilled Plumber Technician to join our growing team in Washington, DC. This is a hands-on role where you'll tackle a variety of residential and commercial plumbing challenges, delivering top-quality service to our valued customers. Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems
  • Install and service water heaters, sump pumps, and other plumbing appliances
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building specifications
  • Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, estimates, and completed work
Requirements:
  • Valid Journeyman or Master plumbing license or certification in the District of Columbia or MD or VA (or ability to obtain)
  • 2+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and industry best practices
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces as needed

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
