About the Role:

ALS Twin Air LLC is looking for a skilled Plumber Technician to join our growing team in Washington, DC. This is a hands-on role where you'll tackle a variety of residential and commercial plumbing challenges, delivering top-quality service to our valued customers. Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings

Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems

Install and service water heaters, sump pumps, and other plumbing appliances

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building specifications

Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations

Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, estimates, and completed work

Requirements:

Valid Journeyman or Master plumbing license or certification in the District of Columbia or MD or VA (or ability to obtain)

2+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and industry best practices

Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams

Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong customer service skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces as needed
