Remote Contract General

PlumberEnsure all plumbing systems operate as designed, including routine installations, maintenance, and testing of equipment and systems, calibrations, and repair and related piping. Work on special projects and programs to support construction and renovation projects. Monitor the installation and repair of equipment and systems by contractors during construction and renovation projects.High school diploma or equivalent required. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes. Licenses and credentials Journeyman plumber (state license) - generic - HR only required. Plumbing service experience 2-3 years required.

Knowledge of plumbing supplies and equipment, and the ability to read blueprints and piping diagrams. Knowledge of Massachusetts plumbing codes. Working knowledge of automated building maintenance systems. Effective verbal, electronic, and written communication skills using the English language. Computer proficiency required. Microsoft Office applications are preferred, with the ability to learn new software.
