Education Requirements

• Journeyman Plumber License required

Experience Requirements

• Experience installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial plumbing systems, water supply lines, and sanitation systems
• Strong knowledge of blueprints, schematics, plumbing codes, and pipe-fitting tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues efficiently
• Understanding of safety regulations and commercial construction practices
• Crew leadership or foreman experience is a plus

Job Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, sinks, toilets, and water heaters
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate installations
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify leaks, blockages, pressure issues, and other repair needs
• Test plumbing systems and components to verify proper function and performance
• Pull permits and coordinate required inspections to maintain project compliance
• Ensure all work meets local building codes, state regulations, and company quality standards
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install piping using hand and power tools
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and customers to complete projects on schedule
• Mentor and assist crew members while maintaining a productive and safe work environment
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and daily activities
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean, organized job sites

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and working in confined spaces
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
