Plumbing Service TechnicianWhat YOU will be responsible for as a Plumbing Service Technician:Providing exceptional service to our customersDiagnosing, repairing, maintaining plumbing systems and their components in residential applicationsInforming and educating customers about their systems and additional services we provide to benefit themTraveling to job sites and working closely with our dispatch team to keep customers informed throughout the processLearning the Anytime Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, Plumbing Technician Method (Don't worry, we will train you to be successful!)Dig jobs (sewer and water service) are contracted out to Dig Team.What We're Looking For:Strong customer service, communication, sales ability, and organization skillsMinimum 5 years of plumbing experienceClean driving record and background examinationHas all personal tools (company provides large tools, vehicle, and tool account)Must be proficient with smartphone, email, (Service titan is a plus) etc.Proficient in salesBenefits include:Top hourly pay with O.T. plus weekly bonus ($60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year)Pay scale is flexible with hourly plus commission or straight commission, tech preferenceCommissions paid weekly, every FridayAdditional lead, turnover, IAQ, safety products, and maintenance agreement spiffs available401K & Roth retirement plan options with company matchPaid holidaysPaid vacationCompany vehicle and cell phoneCompany provided large tools (pro-press, mega-press, uponor)Life insurance company paid for all employeesLong-term disability company paid for all employeesGroup health insurance plans (two plan options)Group dental planGroup vision planDispatched from your home directly to job sites (not required to report to an office every day)We provide a tool account with a small weekly deduction for employee tool purchasesPaid travel to and from job sitesEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
