Plumbing Service Technician
What YOU will be responsible for as a Plumbing Service Technician:
- Providing exceptional service to our customers
- Diagnosing, repairing, maintaining plumbing systems and their components in residential applications
- Informing and educating customers about their systems and additional services we provide to benefit them
- Traveling to job sites and working closely with our dispatch team to keep customers informed throughout the process
- Learning the Anytime Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, Plumbing Technician Method (Don't worry, we will train you to be successful!)
- Dig jobs (sewer and water service) are contracted out to Dig Team.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong customer service, communication, sales ability, and organization skills
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience
- Clean driving record and background examination
- Has all personal tools (company provides large tools, vehicle, and tool account)
- Must be proficient with smartphone, email, (Service titan is a plus) etc.
- Proficient in sales
Benefits include:
- Top hourly pay with O.T. plus weekly bonus ($60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year)
- Pay scale is flexible with hourly plus commission or straight commission, tech preference
