Plumber – HVAC Install DepartmentWe are seeking a skilled and reliable plumber to join our HVAC Install Department. This position is responsible for installing, modifying, and commissioning plumbing systems that support HVAC equipment, including boilers, hydronic heating systems, water heaters, piping systems, and related components. The ideal candidate is experienced in commercial plumbing installations and thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and connect plumbing systems for HVAC equipment (boilers, hydronic systems, water heaters, heat pumps, etc.)Perform layout, assembly, and installation of piping systems (copper, PEX, PVC, black iron)Install gas lines, water supply lines, and drainage systems as required for HVAC equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer specificationsEnsure all installations meet local plumbing codes and safety regulationsCoordinate with HVAC installers, electricians, and project managers to complete jobs efficientlyPressure test and inspect systems for leaks and proper operationMaintain a clean and organized job siteCommunicate clearly with customers regarding installation details when neededComplete required documentation accurately and on timeQualificationsValid plumbing license (Journeyman or equivalent preferred, depending on state requirements)3+ years of plumbing installation experience (HVAC-related experience preferred)Valid NH Gas licenseExperience with hydronic heating systems strongly preferredKnowledge of local plumbing and gas codesAbility to read blueprints and mechanical plansStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces or on laddersValid driver's license with clean driving recordPreferred SkillsExperience installing boilers and indirect water heatersExperience with radiant floor heating systemsBrazing and soldering proficiencyBackflow certification (if applicable)OSHA safety trainingWork EnvironmentCommercial job sitesIndoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditionsFrequent standing, bending, lifting, and kneelingCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage (based on experience)Overtime opportunitiesCompany vehicle (if applicable)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and career advancement opportunities
