Job Title: Plumber
Pay: $20/hour + based on experience
Hours: 6am- 2:30pm M-F
Location: Rochester, IN
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Plumber installs, assembles, and tests plumbing systems in modular units. This entry-level role focuses on rough-in and finish plumbing while ensuring work meets applicable codes, specifications, and quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Install plumbing systems such as showers, faucets, and toilets.
Perform rough-in and finish plumbing.
Assemble pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
Test systems for proper operation.
Follow plans and specifications.
Solder copper pipe
Run pipe for bathrooms
Install mirrors, vanities, toilets, and faucets
Work with production teams.
Maintain quality and code standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
1 year of experience needed.
Willingness to learn plumbing skills.
Ability to follow instructions and specifications.
Strong attention to detail.
Dependable and team oriented.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Must be able to read a tape measure
Ability to read and interpret a basic blueprint
Must wear the following PPE: safety glasses, hearing protection, and puncture resistant soled shoes
