If you want to push the boundaries of materials science and engineering to create next generation technology, join us to deliver material innovation that changes the world.Seeking a seasoned PLM Program Manager based onsite at our Santa Clara, CA campus with over 10 years of experience to lead and deliver complex software development projects, engineering design business process development and participate in digital transformation within a dynamic technology-driven environment.The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering and/or computer science background, deep understanding of software product development, and a proven track record of managing global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced tech company.Furthermore, candidate should have knowledge and good understanding in product development applications and business processes such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, CAD applications, systems engineering (MBSE), Model Based Enterprise (MBE) and Model Based Design (MBD). Familiarity with GenAI concepts, industry trends, and applications.QualificationsProduct Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and CAD applicationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.10+ years of experience in program/project management within a technology company.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Systems like Teamcenter and WindchillFamiliarity with CAD applications like UG NX, Solidworks, Inventor and CreoFamiliarity with ECAD applications like Zuken E3s, OrCAD, AltiumProficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications are a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage closely with engineering and product development leadership, identifying opportunities for automation and business process solutions with positive impact to engineering productivity and design quality. Ensure effective and efficient execution of the project/ program to established guardrails of scope, timeline and budget.
