To support the Project Management Office team, the full-time salaried PLM System Administrator will manage the administration of the Propel Quality and Product Lifecycle Management System, focusing on user support, data integrity, reporting, and compliance in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Propel-related support requests, triaging and resolving user issues while maintaining a documented support queue Onboard new users and develop training materials, ensuring comprehensive documentation reflects the current system configuration and workflows Configure and maintain user roles, permission sets, and workflow automations within the Propel platform, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Required qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on administration experience with Propel or a comparable QMS/PLM platform Salesforce Administrator experience required; Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred Proficiency with Salesforce Flows, permission sets, and report/dashboard building Working knowledge of 21 CFR 111 cGMP requirements for dietary supplements is strongly preferred Experience supporting internal or third-party GMP audits, including record pulling and report generation
