- Receive callsfrom generous donors
- Guide donorsthrough the giving process with care
- Accuratelyrecord donation and donor details
- Provideoutstanding follow-up and service (when needed)
- Reachperformance goals that open doors for growth
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months remote OR 1+ year in-person customer service
- Clear verbal communication and active listening
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Quiet, professional home workspace
- Windows 11 PC/laptop (8GB RAM minimum, 16GB preferred)
- USB noise-canceling headset
- Wired internet connection
- No Chromebooks or Macs
- Dual monitors recommended
