This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to launch their career or a technician with a few years of hands-on experience ready to grow within a stable organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation & ControlsDevelop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs, HMI interfaces, VFDs, and industrial control systems.Support system integration, commissioning, startup activities, and ongoing automation improvements.Electrical Systems & TroubleshootingInterpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.Perform electrical troubleshooting using multimeters and diagnostic equipment while verifying system functionality.Panel Fabrication & TestingAssemble, wire, and test industrial control panels and electrical assemblies.Complete point-to-point wiring and ensure systems meet quality and performance standards.Customer & Project SupportProvide technical support to customers and assist with troubleshooting, integration, and operational issues.Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Operations teams to support successful project completion.QualificationsWe are open to candidates at two levels — what matters most is that you bring the right combination of education and hands-on knowledge, whether that comes from the classroom or the field.Entry-Level Candidate2-year technical degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, Automation, or similar discipline (4-year is fine too, but the 2-year technical degree is the minimum)— required at this levelCoursework or lab experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, or industrial control systemsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagramsStrong mechanical and electrical aptitude with a genuine interest in automation and troubleshootingExperienced Candidate2–4 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automationDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot electrical control systems independentlyExperience with industrial control panel assembly, wiring, and commissioningTechnical degree or equivalent vocational/trade certification preferredPreferred for Both LevelsFamiliarity with Allen-Bradley, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, or similar PLC platformsExposure to HMI programming, VFDs, industrial communication networks, and control devicesKnowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practicesBackground in manufacturing, automation, process equipment, or industrial machineryWho Will Thrive in This Role Enjoys troubleshooting and solving complex technical problems Has hands-on exposure to PLCs, HMIs, drives, and industrial automation — whether through school or work Is comfortable working both independently and as part of a project team Takes pride in building, testing, and commissioning reliable control systems Thrives in hands-on industrial and manufacturing environmentsWork Environment This position operates in both office and industrial manufacturing environments.
