Playbook Growth Leader — Marketing & Acquisition

Better Collective is seeking a Head of Marketing & Growth for Playbook to own the full marketing function and drive new user acquisition and retention. You will work with the GM of Playbook, product, analytics, design, and engineers to set strategy, run campaigns, optimize spend, and launch new features.

You will lead GTM across channels, partner with product on messaging, and build scalable growth programs while managing a growth-focused P&L and CAC targets.
