Advanced configuration management, release readiness tracking, cross-functional engineering alignment (HW, SW, Systems), risk mitigation.Roles & Responsibilities Manages the operational machinery of the testing program—tracking test burndown rates, hardware/software configuration compatibility, running cross-functional triage, and coordinating testing sign-offs across systems, software, and hardware teams.- Logs testing progress, updates daily task lists, maintains meeting minutes, and schedules test bench utilization.- Tracks sprint-by-sprint testing burndown metrics, maintains test readiness dashboards, identifies standard schedule dependencies, and coordinates bench availability across small teams.- Owns the operational execution of multi-platform testing cycles.
Manages complex hardware-software configuration matrices, drives issue-resolution bridges, and leads cross-functional sign-off milestones.Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000 a year
