To support enterprise platform optimization, the full-time remote Platform Systems Analyst will analyze and enhance systems, collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, and ensure effective integration and operational excellence. Key responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements Support ongoing platform improvements and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) Document data flows between platforms and troubleshoot integration issues with technical teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5-8 years of experience in systems analysis, enterprise application support, or platform administration Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data workflows Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
