Platform Product ManagerSoftware Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Platform Product Manager for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Jose, CA. This is a hybrid role.Responsibilities:Drive platform vision, strategy, and execution for scalable, compliant, and observable agent operations.Balance dual mandates: internal workflow automation and external, cross-surface agent management across key Adobe properties.Translate business outcomes into clear platform capabilities, APIs, and governance.Required Skills:6+ years of product management with at least 3 years in conversational AI or agent platforms.Proven platform PM background (APIs, multi-tenant services, governance, observability).Experience delivering in both B2B and B2C contexts.Technical fluency: LLMs/agents, Agent Harness, A2A protocol, MCP/Skills, retrieval/grounding, evaluation, API design, data/privacy, and system integrationStrong stakeholder management and roadmap execution with engineering and design.Metrics-driven, comfortable with experimentation and cost/performance tradeoffs.SGA is a technology and resource solutions provider driven to stand out.
