Working remotely, the full-time Platform Operations Analyst will optimize Evio's proprietary rebate administration platform by acting as a liaison between analytics and technology teams, ensuring efficient support for medical medication rebate programs. Key responsibilities Operationalize the rebate administration platform by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Translate operational needs into technical solutions by partnering with technology teams to implement platform enhancements Troubleshoot platform and data issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree 7+ years of experience in medical or pharmacy rebate operations within a healthcare organization Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and programming languages such as Python or Java Experience with medical coding systems and operational workflows for medical claims or rebates Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with large, complex databases
