To support the Operations Command Centre, the full-time Platform Engineer I will manage production operations, participate in major incident response, and develop automation and observability tools while working in a hybrid environment from Coppell, TX. Key responsibilities Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and lead major incident management to restore production services Develop automation tools and internal engineering solutions to enhance platform reliability and developer productivity Design and implement observability metrics and alerts to improve platform visibility and operational performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience Experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related technical roles Strong Linux fundamentals and familiarity with AWS or another major cloud platform Basic scripting experience using Python, Bash, or similar languages Exposure to production support or Major Incident Management with strong analytical skills
