To support the Operations Command Centre, the full-time Platform Engineer will engage in engineering solutions and operating production platforms, focusing on incident management, automation, and enhancing platform reliability in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and lead Major Incident Management to restore production services Develop automation tools and dashboards to improve operational efficiency and platform reliability Analyze production data to enhance observability and define operational KPIs for continuous improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience Experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or a similar technical role Strong Linux fundamentals and familiarity with AWS or another major cloud platform Basic scripting experience using Python, Bash, or a similar language Experience with modern AI engineering tools and a strong ownership mindset for continuous improvement
