Platform Associate (Fully Remote)

• Support athenaClinicals and athenaCollector applications for Privia Medical Group clinicians.
• Provide second-level issue management and troubleshooting for athenaOne incidents.
• Assist with testing, onboarding, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of clinical/managed care or EHR support experience.
• Knowledgeable about medical terminology and data collection.
• SQL and HTML knowledge required.
