Leading the architecture and evolution of the Microsoft 365 Collaboration Platform, the full-time remote Platform Architect will define technical strategy, establish architectural standards, and design secure, scalable solutions while collaborating with engineering, security, and business stakeholders. Key responsibilities Design scalable and secure architecture for Microsoft 365 and related enterprise services Govern enterprise identity architecture, including lifecycle automation and conditional access strategies Provide architectural oversight for onboarding newly acquired companies and guide migration teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience 10+ years of combined education and professional experience in Information Technology or a related discipline Experience designing enterprise Microsoft 365 and Azure architectures Proficiency in enterprise Identity and Access Management, including Microsoft Entra Experience developing cloud-native solutions using scripting, automation, and modern DevOps practices
