Platform & Operations Associate Rosecliff Ventures Employment Type: Full-time Rosecliff Ventures is a New York-based investment firm partnering with ambitious founders and companies across multiple stages of growth. We invest with a long-term perspective and support our portfolio through capital, relationships, strategic guidance, and access to the broader Rosecliff platform. Rosecliff is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and ambitious Platform & Operations Associate to support the firm's leadership and help manage its day-to-day operations.

The Associate will combine executive support with firm operations, relationship management, event coordination, communications, and special projects. The successful candidate will anticipate needs, bring structure to competing priorities, and help ensure the firm operates efficiently and professionally.

The role is designed for someone early in their career who wants to develop into a versatile business operator. As the individual demonstrates judgment and ownership, the position can expand into broader responsibility across firm operations, platform initiatives, and strategic projects—with a potential long-term path toward senior operating leadership.

Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling for senior leadership Prepare executives for meetings by organizing agendas, briefing materials, background information, and follow-up items Draft and manage correspondence with investors, founders, executives, service providers, and other stakeholders Handle sensitive business and personal information with discretion and sound judgment Firm Operations Coordinate with legal, finance, compliance, technology, recruiting, and other external service providers Assist with vendor management, office operations, subscriptions, expenses, and recordkeeping Help identify and implement tools—including AI-enabled workflows—that improve productivity and institutional knowledge Platform and Relationships Help manage communications and engagement across Rosecliff's network of founders, investors, executives, and strategic partners Assist with thoughtful outreach, gifting, acknowledgments, and other relationship-management activities Serve as a responsive and professional point of contact for important external stakeholders

Draft and edit emails, presentations, meeting materials, firm updates, and other business communications Assist with the preparation and distribution of investor- and portfolio-facing materials Support the firm's website, announcements, social media presence, and broader brand initiatives as needed Review materials for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and professional presentation Special Projects Conduct targeted research and synthesize findings into concise, decision-useful materials Help coordinate recruiting, onboarding, technology implementation, and process-improvement projects Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record exceptional recent graduates may also be considered Experience in executive support, business operations, financial services, venture capital, private equity, consulting, technology, hospitality, or another demanding professional environment is helpful Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Comfort learning new software, productivity tools, CRM systems, and AI-enabled workflows Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment without sacrificing accuracy Willingness to work in person in New York City and provide flexibility when business needs require it
