Plastic Surgeon

Carilion Clinic is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join an established and growing practice in Blacksburg, Virginia. This opportunity offers a diverse case mix, including cosmetic, breast, reconstructive, and general plastic surgery procedures, supported by a strong existing referral base. Practice Info

• Join an established practice with 2 other surgeons and a master aesthetician.
• Facility expansion in progress with a brand new, purpose-built space.
• Ability to collaborate with 8 experienced surgery partners in the Department of Plastic Surgery.
• On-site procedure room in the practice with local anesthesia.
• Built-in referral base from Carilion's extensive regional network.
• Access to OR's at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center, Carilion Giles Community Hospital, and the New River Valley Ambulatory Surgical Center.

Responsibilities

• Perform a diverse range of plastic surgery procedures including cosmetic, breast, reconstructive, and general plastic surgery.
• Teach and mentor residents through the integrated plastic surgery residency at the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine.
• Serve a primary and secondary population of approximately 750,000.

Compensation

• Min Starting Salary: $540,000.
• Max Starting Salary: $708,000.
• Competitive salary with bonus incentive based on scorecard measures and production.

• Relocation Paid: Yes, Allowance.
• You are eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary.
• Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary.

Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon.
• H1B accepted.
• Fellowship training is not required.
