What You’ll Do

Perform a broad range of aesthetic procedures, including:

• Breast augmentation
• Breast lift & revision surgery
• Mommy Makeovers
• Liposuction
• Abdominoplasty
• Body contouring
• Revision procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
• Strong aesthetic surgery experience
• Expertise in breast surgery, body contouring, facial aesthetics, and/or full-body rejuvenation
• Excellent consultation and communication skills
• Exceptional bedside manner and patient relationship skills
• Strong commitment to patient safety and outstanding outcomes
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a long-term aesthetic practice
• Washington medical license or ability to obtain

Compensation

$350,000–$1,200,000 annually , depending on experience, qualifications, surgical expertise, patient volume, and overall fit.
