Plastic Injection Mold Technician / Processing TechnicianDirect client based in Hartville, OH is urgently searching for a full-time Plastic Injection Mold Technician / Processing Technician.Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 per yearBenefits: 401(k), Health insurance, generous PTOWork Loc: Onsite (Mon - Fri) Hartville, OHPosition Overview: The Processing Technician is responsible for establishing and maintaining mold-related processes, including determining cost-effective injection molding methods for manufacturing products.Responsibilities:Collaborate with engineering on new mold designsConduct mold trials, sampling, and pilot runsEstablish and document injection molding processes for new moldsIdentify and document Scientific Molding opportunitiesProvide feedback to engineering on new tooling performanceDetermine labor requirements for new moldsRecommend automation and auxiliary equipment to reduce labor costsMaintain machine specifications data and scientific molding process filesLead and train on Client's molding applicationsWork with production and plant managers to evaluate supervisors using the Client's skill set training matrixRequirements:Own toolsKnowledge of mold storage, handling, and injection molding equipmentAbility to use micrometers, calipers, and other inspection devicesCommitment to safety and use of all safety precautionsSpecific Skills and Qualifications:Highly motivated and able to work independentlyExperienced in setup and formal processing trainingUnderstanding and demonstration of safety requirements for molds and equipmentPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier liftingMoneyline Group LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
