Overview
Albany Medical Center seeks a full‑time academic fellowship‑trained microsurgeon to join the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Albany Medical College offers academic leadership opportunities through its plastic surgery residency program, its medical school, and research. The Division features an integrated residency program with two residents per year and is involved in medical student education and research. Responsibilities
- Clinical breast microsurgery
- Head and neck microvascular and general reconstruction
- Lower extremity microvascular and general reconstruction
- General reconstruction
- Provider will be obligated to take hand on‑call
Qualifications
- NYS licensure MD or DO
- Completion of an approved Plastic Surgery Residency Program
- Board eligible or certified in plastic surgery
- DEA certification
