Plasma Center Supervisor — Donor Care & Operations

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a supervisor to oversee donor interactions and the production areas at our Pomona plasma center. You will report to the Center Manager and supervise staff performing phlebotomy, medical history, and sample processing tasks.

You will drive inventory control and resolve donor concerns while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. A key focus is teamwork and conflict resolution in a fast-paced environment.
