Plasma Center Operations Leader

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a facility operations leader in Colonial Heights, VA. You will report to the District Manager and oversee staff in production areas, managing daily operations, finances, regulatory, quality, and facilities tasks.

You will use data to monitor metrics, hire and develop talent, and drive donor satisfaction, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards and forecasting production and costs.
