Cargill is seeking a Plant Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for manufacturing plant employees. In this role, you will assess skill gaps, create safety and operations curricula, and lead hands-on training on production equipment and procedures. You will partner with plant leadership to standardize work practices, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and maintain accurate training records.
You will also coach frontline employees, support new-hire onboarding, and drive continuous improvement, helping teams adopt best practices that enhance productivity, reduce risk, and support Cargill’s culture of integrity and innovation.
