Accountabilities include training and change management, reporting, SQL database, MES configuration, SPC concepts and quality management.Required Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in engineering, supply chain operations, and/or IT supply chainAt least 5 years Engineering, supply chain operations, and/or IT supply chainStrong communication skills with technical and non-technical teamsProven track record of project managementStrong team building and training skillsDeep knowledge of manufacturing operations and core processesExperience in systems configuration and maintenanceExperience Implementing:Plant Floor Control System ConceptsWonderware (AVEVA) MES application development & troubleshootingDashboarding tools (Tableau and Domo)Wonderware (Archestra, InBatch, Historian)SQL Queries and Table StructuresPLC Programming:Allen Bradley (RS Logics 500 & 5000)SiemensPreferred Qualifications:Master's Degree Engineering, supply chain operations, and/or IT supply chainManage and develop direct and indirect reportsExperience in operations managementPLC Programming: B&RStrong proficiency in SAP usage and deep knowledge of SAP Transactions (Production Orders, Production Confirmations, Material Movements, Quality Notifications)Ability to work with various databases exchanging information through the network between IT systems and control systems in manufacturing departments.Understanding of:Operational Excellence Standards and ExpectationsFactory Performance and Reliability (FP&R)Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) StandardsQuality Standards/Regulatory RequirementsInventory ManagementFundamental Statistical Process Control ConceptsPlanned Maintenance ConceptsPlant MetricsReporting Requirements Archestra, SQL Database (Advanced), SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)Google App ScriptingCandidate Details 5+ to 7 years experienceSeniority Level - Mid-SeniorManagement Experience Required - No MinimumEducation - Bachelor's DegreeWillingness to Travel - Occasionally
