Plant Quality Operations ManagerA well-established manufacturing facility is hiring a Plant Quality Operations Manager to oversee site-level quality and sanitation programs. This leadership role is responsible for compliance with regulatory, internal, and third-party standards while driving food safety and continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Ensure plant-wide compliance with all food safety and quality regulationsSupervise and develop a team of quality and sanitation professionalsLead HACCP, food defense, and pre-requisite programsCoordinate and respond to internal and external auditsImplement and sustain quality KPIs and improvement initiativesDrive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) plansFacilitate monthly quality reviews with plant leadershipOversee customer complaint resolution and continuous improvement activitiesLead Quality Pillar efforts under Integrated Lean Six Sigma methodologySupport deployment of Consumer Inspired Quality and Sensory programsQualifications: Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Plant Quality Operations Manager who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Plant Quality Operations Manager would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:7+ years in Quality in food or pharma manufacturing5+ years in a plant-level leadership capacityDeep understanding of sanitation, food safety, and audit readinessStrong background in compliance systems, HACCP, and food defenseExperience with GFSI programs (FSSC, Organic, Kosher, Rainforest Alliance)Compensation: Based on Experience.
