Procurement ManagerAct as the procurement SPOC for the plant, ensuring business continuity, productivity actions, and strong alignment with plant needs. Drive supplier performance and governance across productivity and supplier management, while managing stakeholder relationships between GSC operations and LoB.Key Responsibilities:Plant Procurement Leadership & ExecutionProductivity & Transformation ManagementSupplier Leadership & PerformanceOperational Continuity & Risk ManagementKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Plant productivity delivery (NEGO, COS, QVE, SBO, SOC influence)Supplier performance across all metrics (S?OTD, S?DPM)Business continuity and shortage resolution effectiveness (BOV - Back Order Value)Execution of procurement transformation levers at plant levelCompliance (cross-audits) with procurement processesSkills & Competencies:Ability to navigate complex environments and build strong internal networksInfluencing, convincing, and driving positive change managementCapability to manage multiple priorities and operational topicsEnd-to-end accountability and leadership across procurement governanceAbility to adapt communication to and influence diverse stakeholders (written and verbal)Strong procurement skills: negotiation, supplier relationships, supplier base development, quality, lead time managementProfile / Experience:Strong decision-making capabilityTeam player orientedCustomer centric and cost obsessed mindsetStrategic thinking and analytical skillsCross cultural awareness and adaptabilityPerformance & Evaluation Framework:Delivery of plant productivity targets and transformation impactStrong Supplier performance across metricsResolution of operational issues and continuity of supplyEffectiveness of stakeholder engagement and cross functional collaborationSustainability and accuracy of purchasing processes and SRM deploymentWhat qualifications will make you successful for this role? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field is required. Minimum of 7 years of direct experience in procurement/ sourcing (direct material) with minimum 2-3 years in a managerial position. Extensive experience in negotiations and category strategies is required. Influential skills and good communication skills are required.
