Plant Processing OperatorOur client, a leader in manufacturing and processing, is seeking a Plant Processing Operator to join their team. As a Plant Processing Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and processing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Plant Processing OperatorLocation: Salem, ORPay Range: $22.50-$23.00/HrShift: All shifts availableWhat's the Job?Operate processing machinery to produce high-quality products within established guidelines.Make minor adjustments to machinery to ensure proper product formation and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Monitor and log temperature, moisture, raw material weights, and other critical parameters.Follow sanitation procedures for cleanups and changeovers, including chemical handling.Maintain safety standards, keep work areas clean, and report any equipment issues or injuries promptly.What's Needed?High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.1-year production or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
